Keto Chow 1.9 - Week

Keto Chow is complete nutrition for Nutritional Ketosis. It's a drink mix that quickly and easily makes a complete keto meal. It's not meant to replace your bacon and steak. Rather, it's targeted to replace the mundane meals; running to a meeting, breakfast in the car, stuck in class, etc... By design, Keto Chow provides 1/3 of your daily needs for electrolytes, vitamins, protein and more. The aim is that you could replace all your meals without ill effect if you are so inclined, but most users replace 1-2 meals a day and have a fantastic keto meal with family or friends for the 3rd. It's also quite tasty with a range of great flavors. You combine the powdered mix with your own personal amount of heavy cream to get the calories you want, anywhere from 600 calories a day up to 4000 if you really want to! Many liken the taste and texture to melted ice cream or a milkshake. The full, flavored mixture of Keto Chow does contain whey protein and sucralose; if those are a concern for you there's also a "Base Powder" option that has everything except the flavor/protein/sweetener. Want easy, complete nutrition but you want to use blueberry flavored egg white protein sweetened with stevia? Go for it! General information about Keto Chow (what it is, how to use it and more) can be found on the Keto Chow Info page.

This is a 21 meal "week" bulk pack. You'll need to provide Heavy Cream and some fish oil of your choosing, there's more info on the Preparation Instructions page.

We do have monthly or weekly recurring subscriptions available on our old shopping cart.

Huge help in my latest keto attempt

Posted by Dennis Blake on Jun 19th 2017

I did a bit of rollercoasting over the last few years and gained a large part of my keto pounds back due to horrible eating habits returning. For this most recent attempt (2 weeks so far) I started with keto chow right away. I bought the Rich Chocolate 1.9 because it was on sale and I'm VERY happy with the decision.

So, the first shake I tried was a bit bitter and I didn't like it, but I had already resigned myself to drinking crappy shakes for the sake of weight loss, so I didn't care. Miraculously, the 2nd shake was delicious and now I love them. I am 99% sure I just wasn't adjusted to the sucralose yet. I used to use sucralose to make faux-carby foods in ages past, and I remember my sucralose kool aid taking some time to get used to. If anyone tries this and doesn't like it at first, keep at it until you adjust. If you are used to aspartame/stevia (or no artificial sweeteners whatsoever) it might take you longer.

More importantly, the shakes helped tremendously with dealing with/preventing the onset of keto flu and the horrific hunger pangs/cravings I have dealt with on past attempts. I think I had some cravings for a day or two and that was that. 2 weeks later, I'm going 36-48 hours without meals on accident. Hunger has always been my #1 enemy. I have always had ravenous hunger my entire life, insatiable with anything closely resembling a "normal" meal. I would hide food and do all these other terrible behaviors to occasionally quiet the hunger monster by sheer overfeeding. Keto was literally lifechanging in this regard, but the transition was such a nightmare that I have dreaded it every time since. This time? A piece of cake.

I am due to reorder soon; I've used, I think, 16 out of the 21 shakes I can make from the 1 week bag. For the record I'm doing one shake a day and a meal most days. I have skipped meals for 2 days so far and will be doing it again today, since it's been 24 hours since I ate a modest meal and I'm not hungry. I am going to be ordering this crap for as long as our friend in Utah keeps selling it.

    Works Extremely Well for Me!

Posted by Ed Rodgers on Mar 15th 2017

I have been eating three shakes a day for almost 6 months now. My favorite is Rich Chocolate. I set the calories where I want them, fill in with some keto friendly snacks, and life is good! It's so hard for me to do keto and get all the nutrients I need so precisely without tremendous planning and effort. Keto Chow makes everything super simple. I've never eaten so well in my life, and my doctor is amazed at the positive difference in my health markers. 6 months ago, I had hypertension, cholesterol problems, and was obese on the BMI scale. At this point, I'm a breath away from a normal BMI, my blood pressure is excellent, and my doctor is taking me off statins.

Keto is great, and Keto Chow makes it easy!

    Keto Chow!

Posted by Brian Sammons on Feb 14th 2017

My third order of a month worth (although it usually lasts me almost 2 months). Some of this month were ver 2. I bought the Cookies & Cream (my favorite), Snickerdoodle and Vanilla although I've tried all the flavors. I have nothing but good things to say about it. If you want to jump start your keto lifestyle or just need an easy meal replacement, this is the way to go. Plus, Chris and others in the Keto Chow community are always helpful and encouraging.

Creamy and Delicious. Don't get chocolate.

Posted by Luis on Feb 7th 2017

I've tried Soylent and 100% food, this is so much more enjoyable in terms of shake consistency. Soylent tastes like liquid bland cheerios while 100% food tastes like grainy batter. KetoChow on the other hand is smooth and creamy much like a milkshake. It is very filling, the bags last a while as you only use 50grams at a time. I'm on a 70/20/5 macro and I can have two shakes (50g powder, 148g creamer) and still afford two In-N-Out double-doubles. Ensure to use ZERO CARB heavy creamer otherwise you will overshoot on carbs. Land O' Lakes heavy creamer is zero carb, you can find it cheap at Sam's Club. I have zero complaints about the taste other than the fact that I like some flavors more than others. Flavor Rating: Snicker-doodle 5/5, Cookies & Cream 5/5, Rich Chocolate 3/5, Chocolate Fudge 3/5. I was surprised to find that the chocolate flavors do not taste as good because the shake tends to be on the slightly salty spectrum.

    Tasty, convenient, and healthy

Posted by Nancy on Jan 30th 2017

I have been drinking Keto Chow for more than 2 weeks now as part of my keto diet. I will say that I absolutely would not have stuck to the keto diet without Keto Chow. I am a busy working mom of 3 and can't always prepare a keto meal. Thanks to Keto Chow, there is always a meal ready to go in the fridge. Also, the vitamin and mineral profile is outstanding. The taste is good enough to satisfy me for usually one meal per day, sometimes two. I am on a tight budget as well but I find Keto Chow to be affordable. Thank you Chris and your team.

    Okay, but bitter taste

Posted by Unknown on Jan 19th 2017

This is a great resource for those w/o time to plan appropriate meals. I don't know if it was intrinisc to the flavor itself, but no matter what I changed - my drink was moderately bitter tasting - either during or with a residual bitter aftertaste. Was wondering if these can expire? Also let it stay for a few nights in the fridge and that didn't seem to make a difference. I'm not sure I would buy this again given the price point and poor taste.

Amazing convenience, not a fan of the cookie flavors

Posted by Unknown on Jan 16th 2017

For me, a typical diet starts by buying healthy groceries at the store... and that's about where it ends. After a long day of work I come home starving and tired, only to open my fridge and see that in order to make a meal I not only have to cook, but I forgot to defrost the chicken, so now I have to get creative with my meal... Or maybe I can just call up the Thai place across the street and I'll figure tomorrow's meal later. Rinse and repeat for a week, step on the scale and cry a little to myself. The convenience of keto chow is extraordinary. I make a couple of shakes whenever I have time, because it only take a minute, throw them in the fridge and chug one down before I run to work or when I get home. Now I don't have to think about whether or not I got enough vegetables or if My Fitness Pal can accurately determine the number of calories in that plate of Pad Thai I just ate that was probably actually meant for a small family. The hardest part of keto chow has been the flavors I choose (Cookies and Cream and Snickerdoodle). I've never been a sweets person - I'd rather have a slice of pizza than cake. I do like Oreos and snickerdoodles, but let's face it, those aren't breakfast and dinner foods. However, I don't think pizza flavored keto chow sounds like anything I'd like to try. I've found that actual Heavy Cream (which I was able to buy for a pretty penny at Whole Food) tasted a lot better than Heavy Whipping Cream, and that watering it down sufficiently helped dilute the flavor and consistency. I think I'll order some unflavored or milder flavored packages next. It's been about two weeks now, and though I'm not exclusively on keto chow, my body starts to crave it because of the great nutrients it provides. There were a few adjustment days where I experienced some digestive issues (let's just say everything was liquid for a while), but I adjusted and feel great. I've noticed that I've dropped a lot of extra water weight and I'm excited to see results in the future.
